I have trained with world renowned therapists and have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Bio and Neuro feedback, Brain Plasticity Modalities, Addiction and Trauma Therapy.
